Employability Program
Most participants maybe unsure of their future career goals. Others may know which career goal they what to achieve but are unsure of what it will take to successfully get the job. To aid in future employment, B.A.L.L.E.R.S. participants will receive several methods of training according to basic employer expectations.
They will be to the trained on following:

The B.A.L.L.E.R.S. staff will utilize visualization to aid in delivering the information. A visual of what to expect will be a valuable tool in educating the participants about employment opportunities.
