Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship can be exciting and adventurous. Especially for a participant who is creative with a large imagination. The key factor to entrepreneurship is to Stay Focused. The B.A.L.L.E.R.S. organization will encourage this thirst for self-achievement by building their confidence and self-esteem, so they can achieve their goals.

They will learn the following:

• Applying for fictitious business name 

• Establishment licenses

• Employer Identification Number (EIN)

• Producer consumer relations

• Maintaining a budget 

• Products vs. Services

• Managing and paying employees

They will be given projects to be an imaginary entrepreneur. These projects will aid in deciding if this is the type of career choice they would like to follow. They will have competitions and receive generous rewards for their efforts. 

The rewards will be a great incentive to encourage the participant to stay involved in the program. It will also lead the participant into informing their friends and family about the program, therefore aiding in the organization's growth.
